Roverland - Wordwide Delivery Policy

Worldwide shipping

Roverland ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

If your region is not available at checkout or no shipping option appears for your location, please contact us directly at info@roverland-expedition.be

We will provide you with a custom shipping quote by email. Payment for the shipping cost must be completed before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

We work with the following trusted carriers to deliver your order:

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • Bpost

  • FedEx

  • PostNL

 

The carrier used for your shipment depends on your delivery region, parcel dimensions, and availability at the time of dispatch.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Shipping Zones & Estimated delivery times

The table below provides an overview of our shipping zones, the carriers typically used, and estimated delivery times. Delivery times are indicative and begin from the moment your order is dispatched (not from the date of purchase).

Order tracking 

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time via the carrier's website.

​Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's tracking system.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be levied by the destination country's customs authorities.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. Roverland has no control over customs processes and cannot predict the amount, if any, that will be charged.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Roverland is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (damaged, lost, delayed)

  • Photos of any visible damage to the parcel or product (if applicable)

 

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that claims for lost parcels can only be submitted after the carrier's standard investigation period has elapsed.
