Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
As a guide, typical delivery times from dispatch are:
Delivery times begin from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase. Roverland is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to wait for restock, substitute with an alternative, or receive a full refund.
Yes — Roverland ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order.
We ship using DPD, DHL, UPS, bpost, FedEx, and PostNL. The carrier used depends on your delivery region, parcel dimensions, and availability at the time of dispatch. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@roverland-expedition.be and we will provide a custom shipping quote by email.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time via the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's tracking system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@roverland-expedition.be.
For standard products, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item ships by contacting us at info@roverland-expedition.be.
For custom projects, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project value is required before work begins. If you cancel a custom project after work has commenced, the 30% deposit is non-refundable and any additional costs incurred up to the point of cancellation (materials, labour, third-party costs) may be invoiced separately.
